How Adventour World collects, uses and protects your personal data.
In the event of any discrepancy, the Bulgarian version shall prevail.
1. Controller

2. What Data We Process
Data you provide to us: name, email, telephone number, dates and number of travellers, preferences and the content of your enquiries, including the text entered into the AI travel agent.
For the conclusion and performance of a contract: information from identity documents, data concerning accompanying persons and special requirements (for example, dietary requirements), insofar as necessary for the trip.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and cookie data in accordance with section 7.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases
Responding to enquiries and preparing offers — taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Conclusion and performance of a contract for tourism services — Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
Analytics and marketing — only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
4. AI Travel Agent
The text you enter into the AI agent is processed by the artificial intelligence service provider OpenAI, with whom we have concluded a data processing agreement. Please do not enter sensitive data (for example, health information or document numbers) in the agent's input field.
5. Recipients
We disclose data only insofar as necessary for the trip: to hotels, carriers, wineries and other service providers, insurers, as well as hosting and IT providers. For trips outside the EU, data are transferred in compliance with the safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR.
6. Retention Period
Data from enquiries that do not result in a contract — up to 12 months. Contract data and accounting documents — for the periods provided for in the Accounting Act and the Tourism Act.
7. Cookies
Necessary cookies — ensure the website functions and remember your cookie choices; they do not require consent.
Analytics cookies (for example, Google Analytics) and marketing cookies (for example, Meta Pixel) — are placed only after you give your consent through the cookie banner. You may change your choices at any time using the “Cookies” link at the bottom of the website.
8. Your Rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Requests should be sent to office@adventourworld.com.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Boulevard, Sofia.
